The Basics

Fresh eggs cooked any way you’d like, lightly seasoned potatoes and bread baked right here at the Backporch. Homemade always tastes better.

Add a side of ham, a homemade sausage patty,

Omelets

Three egg omelets, served with a side of potatoes and toast. (substitute Egg Beaters for $1)

 

Ham & Mushroom ~ Stuffed with fresh country ham and sautéed mushrooms, topped with cheddar cheese. $7.50

Denver ~ Ham, onion, bell pepper and tomato, topped with cheddar. $7.50

The Veggie Harvest ~ Zucchini, mushroom, tomato, onion, and bell pepper, topped with cheddar. $7.50

The Carnivore ~ Ham, bacon, and sausage (all three little piggies!), topped with cheddar cheese. $7.95

Ole' Chorizo! ~ Filled with hand-spiced chorizo sausage, then smothered with our own recipe pork green chili, topped with cheddar cheese. $7.95

Just Cheese, Please. ~ Stuffed with plenty of melted provolone, cheddar and Swiss cheeses. $6.95

Add your favorite ingredient to any omelet ($.50 each): Tomato, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, zucchini, avocado, black olives, jalapenos

 

Burritos

Our breakfast burritos are wrapped in a mild jalapeno-cheddar tortilla and all contain scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese. Smother with homemade pork green chili for $1.

The Farmer’s ~ Ham, bacon, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers… To get you ready for a tough day out in the fields. $7.25

Sausage & Mushroom ~ Hand-spiced breakfast sausage and sautéed mushrooms. Sometimes simplicity is perfection! $6.95

Ole' Chorizo ~ Our house crafted chorizo sausage. For those who need a good swift kick in the morning or a little zest. $6.95

The Veggie ~ Zucchini, mushroom, potato, tomato, onion, bell pepper, refried beans and avocado make this one a little cornucopia! $7.25

Backporch Breakfast Sandwich ~ Scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese on toasted homemade bread with your choice of bacon sausage or ham. Served with a side of potatoes. $7.25

Huevos Rancheros ~ Scrambled eggs, refried beans and cheddar cheese folded into a jalapeno-cheddar tortilla and smothered in our homemade pork green chili. $7.95

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Quesadilla ~ Served with a side of our homemade salsa. $7.25

Biscuits & Gravy ~ Two warm, fresh biscuits smothered in a generous portion of our hearty sausage gravy. $7.25 (Add two eggs any style for $1)
