In the Fresh Brioche class, you will learn a wonderful colorwork technique known as “Brioche Knitting”. The Brioche Stitch creates a thick, stretchy fabric, with the appearance of a 1×1 rib. You will use yarn overs and work with a single color strand per row to create two-color patterns. Brioche stitch is a great choice for creating hats, scarves, and sweaters that are as lofty and luxurious as the light and buttery brioche bun.
