December 18 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
$228
Want to learn to weave? Looking for a first loom that doesn’t take up much space, is portable, and inexpensive? Learning to weave on a Rigid Heddle Loom is an effective way to learn how to weave without spending much money. The equivalent of a 2-harness loom, the rigid heddle loom will allow you to create placemats, dishtowels, scarves, shawls or fabric for clothing. These easy-to-warp looms come in different widths to serve your creative needs.
You will learn to weave on a 10” or 15” cricket loom. Each student will create a sampler incorporating hand-controlled patterns emphasizing color and texture.
