In both Navajo and tapestry weaving, the warp is completely hidden, allowing a spectacular
image to be created. This type of weaving is known as “pictorial” weaving. Expand your
weaving skills by learning the basics of creating these beautiful textiles.

Create beautiful handwoven fabrics. Learn how to pick a project, warp a four harness table loom and weave a scarf, shawl or placemats. Class includes use of loom and a 10% discount on yarn,
looms, and pattern books purchased during the duration of the class.

Inkle Weaving Workshop: Feb. 6th, 13th
Inkle weaving is a type of warp-faced weaving where the warp threads are moved up and down,
while the weft remains fixed. Using a small, portable and affordable inkle loom, you can weave a
variety of belts, straps, dog collars and necklaces. Workshop includes your loom purchase and
belt shuttles, as well as 15% off yarn purchased during the class.
