At Lambspun we try to fulfill and ship your order with in 2 business days. On occasion, when we need to dye more yarn or fiber to fulfill your order for example, it may take a little longer. If this is the case we will send you a message letting you know the situation and what the ETA is for fulfillment.
We ship to the United States and Canada currently.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that you may sometimes need to return merchandise. If so, please return the merchandise within 2 weeks of receiving it. We will provide a full refund upon request or store credit so long as merchandise is still packaged and resalable. Any returns not in the aforementioned state will be handled on a case by case basis with the customer.
Though we strive to provide a accurate product image of our hand-dyed yarns and fibers occasionally there will be slight variations with different batches.
Lambspun does not sell customer account information to third-parties. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We promise not to spam you (maybe 1 0r 2 emails a month).
Colors in Photos
We do our best to provide you with photos that accurately represent the real life color of our products. Even so, we can’t guarantee that what you see on your monitor is accurate, since each monitor shows color differently. If you have any questions about color, please call us at (970) 484-1998.
We have a business location in Colorado so you will be charged sales tax if your package is shipped to Colorado.
We can gift wrap items upon request. Please request gift wrapping in the order notes field during checkout.
